Infralytics-GIIS is a platform operated by Nexintell Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16958958), with its registered office in Stockton-on-Tees, North East England.

What data we collect
When you use the Infralytics-GIIS platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact and Identity Data: Name, email address, job title, and organisation name — collected when you submit a waitlist registration, partnership request, or contributor application.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features accessed, and session duration — collected automatically via analytics tools.
Form Submission Data: Any information you voluntarily provide through platform forms, including areas of interest, organisational context, and described expertise.
We do not collect payment card data, government identification, or sensitive personal data as defined under UK GDPR.
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Process and respond to partnership and contributor requests
- Communicate platform updates, working group information, and pilot access opportunities
- Understand how the platform is being used in order to improve it
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the platform
- Consent — where you have explicitly agreed to receive communications
- Contract — where processing is necessary to fulfil a partnership or contributor agreement
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact and form submission data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
